- Show your commitment and dedication when your employer have bad times.
- Long runners will have a seat till the end.
- Becoming a manager of smooth running company is easy. But it is hard to be a manager of startup or a company with bad time.
- Try to find glitters and not negatives from others.
- Share your knowledge. It will get sharper again and again.
- Never Give Up!
- Learn to say ‘NO’ when you really want to say ‘NO’
- Learn from mistakes. Accept your mistakes. No unnecessary arguments.
- Be a part of ‘Virtual Crisis Management Team’. Help others if they are in trouble.
- Do not help spreading rumors.
- Ask others only when your mind answers ‘NO’ at least nine times.
- Love your work tools.
