Trust Yourself as an employee

  • Show your commitment and dedication when your employer have bad times.
  • Long runners will have a seat till the end.
  • Becoming a manager of smooth running company  is easy. But it is hard to be a manager of startup or a company with bad time.
  • Try to find glitters and not negatives from others.
  • Share your knowledge. It will get sharper again and again.
  • Never Give Up!
  • Learn to say ‘NO’ when you really want to say ‘NO’
  • Learn from mistakes. Accept your mistakes. No unnecessary arguments.
  • Be a part of ‘Virtual Crisis Management Team’. Help others if they are in trouble.
  • Do not help spreading rumors.
  • Ask others only when your mind answers ‘NO’ at least nine times.
  • Love your work tools.
